Take the self-guided walking tour to the observation tower at the base of one of the twenty-seven, 230-ton antennas, which measure 82 feet in diameter. The data gathered by the antennas is combined electronically to give the resolution of an antenna 22 miles across. Well behaved, leashed pets are welcome on the grounds, but not in the buildings.
