Cartier is a municipal park with camping, trails, and a fully fenced dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs. The dog park is wooded and offers plenty of shade on hot days. It's located in the northern portion of the park.
You'll also find a dog friendly pathway located at the corner of Bryant Road and North Rath Avenue. It winds throughout the park and is open in winter.
