Everyone can find something to love in Indiana! Choose between paddling a winding river, touring world-class museums, or browsing the shops on Main Street. Savor homegrown produce–and get to know the growers–at the local farmer's market or vineyard. Sunbathe beneath the soaring sand dunes, or explore bustling cities with spectacular performing arts venues and sporting events. No matter what you and your pet decide to do, you'll enjoy the friendly, authentic hospitality of Indiana.

Best Time To Visit

Best Time To Visit

The nicest time to visit Indiana with your pet is in the fall. This is harvest time, which means fun festivals and a showy display of fall foliage--but it can also be hard to find deals on lodging. Like most places, summer is a busy tourist season, so try planning your trip during shoulder season. May, early June, and late November will reward you with nice weather, fewer crowds, and reasonable hotel prices.
