This pet friendly extended stay hotel is located near the intersection of HWY 183 North and Highway 290 East, between the downtown business district and the Austin Arboretum. The modern studio and 1 bedroom suites feature full kitchens, flat screen TVs , DVD players, and desks. They also come with free Wi Fi and include work areas with desks and dining tables and 1 bedroom suites add separate living rooms and pull out sofas.
Amenities include a 24 hour fitness center and business center, as well as a snack pantry, and complimentary parking. Pets are also welcome for a fee. There's also a gazebo BBQ area.

Two pets up to 80 lbs each. A non refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest account upon check in based upon the length of stay 6 nights 75 USD, 7 plus nights 150USD. Proper medical certification of vaccinations required.
