Had the most wonderful lunch at Hobo's in Rehoboth Sat. - they support local growers, offer organic food, fix special foods for allergies, vegans, gluten-free diets. I can not wait to go back and try other items on their menu. I asked about the couscous salad but ordered the server's recommended Mediterranean sandwich. I'm glad I did - and was surprised to find they added a side of couscous and spinach salad that was marvelous. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ARE DOG FRIENDLY. They even have chicken and rice on the doggie menu. The only thing missing was ceiling fans on their covered patio for a little more circulation otherwise they would have 5 stars based on my experience.
