If you're looking for a definitive beach home experience, this modern, tri-level, Oceanside vacation rental home sets the bar! Whether you're gathered, drink in hand, under the umbrella, or lounging in the exquisite warmth of the hot tub out on the big deck, you'll marvel at the ocean vista in front of you.

This gorgeous home, with its charming and weathered wood-shingle siding, is nestled on a wooded promontory within the village of Oceanside and only a five-minute walk from the beach! Once inside, it's clear: this owner's a dog lover, so bring along Fido for a small nightly fee (two dogs maximum, please).

After a day of frolicking on the beach at nearby Symons State Park, rinse off doggy's paws at the convenient outdoor shower near the front door, shed your sand-laden shoes, and head into the living area of this lovely home. If it's hot, click on the neat overhead fan with opposing blades and savor the cool breeze. Or, if it's a typical coastal day - cold and gray - have a seat in the comfy furniture and warm your toes in front of the gas fireplace. Set up a board game for the kids on the coffee table, and kick back with the laptop. Check on whale watching charters, or make a reservation for a night out in Tillamook (about 15 minutes east). Gorgeous, dark hardwood floors contrast beautifully with the clean, white walls, and multiple windows flood the home with natural light.

With three bedrooms and plentiful room for six adults (eight people total), you'll sleep soundly and peacefully in this quiet, secluded area overlooking the shoreline of Oceanside Beach State Recreation Site. Each bedroom has a comfortable and roomy queen bed. Two have access to the deck, and the master bath has its own Jacuzzi tub. There's a crib for the little one as well - and even a comfy, clean bed for the dog! Three full bathrooms make getting ready easy and convenient, and a washer and dryer means those suitcases needn't be packed so tightly.

If there's time before dinner, grab one of the DVDs from the shelf and watch a movie. At mealtime, turn your chef(s) loose in this beautiful, modern kitchen that's up to any culinary challenge! From the induction-style, stainless steel stove, to the overhead microwave, everything's there to make just about any recipe a reality. Draw a quick, cool glass of water from the indoor dispenser in the big, stainless steel double fridge. Lots of room for prep on the long, granite counters. Rung with windows, the dining nook has padded, bench style seating where you'll enjoy an awesome view with your meal. Serve dessert with your favorite coffee, ground fresh in the kitchen.

Almost ten miles from coastal Highway 101, Oceanside's location is perfect for a re-energizing Oregon Coast vacation rental. Though you could spend much of your time just hanging out on this great deck, there's lots to see and do just a short drive from this lovely home. Nestled between Cape Meares and Cape Lookout, outdoor lovers will find plenty of hiking trails within easy reach, along with crabbing at Netarts Bay. The nearby Cape Meares scenic driving loop is a popular route for sightseers, and birdwatchers should remember their binoculars: just off the coast, the Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge is home to nesting colonies of puffins and cormorants.

If you're itching to tee up, take the clubs over to Alderbrook or Bay Breeze Golf Course. While you're there, take the kids on a tour of the Tillamook Cheese Factory. Head south, just about half an hour, and you'll find Pacific City. Grab a pint of local beer at the Pelican Pub & Brewery after spending the day exploring the beach and sand dunes around Cape Kiwanda. For a more adventuresome driving tour, there are more than 1,000 acres of dunes open to OHV riding.

Enjoy the peace and seclusion of the abundant and beautiful area from the luxury and comfort of this tri-level Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental with plenty of room for you (and your dogs) and plenty of amenities to make your Oregon Coast getaway memorable and rewarding.

*Be advised that cell reception is almost non-existent in Oceanside; cell phones can be used in Netarts, three miles away*
