Take a scenic train ride on weekends and holidays from May through October! Board either at the museum (Nelson Crossing Depot) or in downtown Monticello (Wabash Depot). There are also museum cars to walk through and many pieces of rolling stock to view at the museum site. Well behaved, leashed dogs are allowed throughout the grounds and on the train rides, but not in the buildings.
