Policy Details

When outside, ALL dogs MUST AT ALL TIMES be on a leash, with the owner holding the other end of the leash. Pets may never be allowed to be tethered, tied or caged outside. Pet enclosures are not allowed. Owner MUST immediately collect pet droppings, securely seal in a plastic bag, and properly dispose of droppings in a waste receptacle. Farm animals, exotic pets and reptiles are not allowed. Pet Rent does apply for approved cats and dogs.
