The tour has one indoor stop at the old Eagle House. Dogs must wait with a person in the hallway while the rest of the tour views various rooms at the inn. But they are welcome everywhere else.

Pets are welcome with one limitation: the tour stops at an inn where dogs are allowed inside, but only in the hallways; someone must stay in the hall with the dog when the rest of the tour goes into various hotel rooms.
