This park is named for Black Elk, an Ogala Lakota, and John G. Neihardt, the author of Black Elk Speaks. There is an interpretive garden, the Tower of the Four Winds, hiking trails, picnic sites and a disk golf course. Well behaved, leashed pets are welcome on the grounds.
