Policy:
During the summer, dogs on a leash are allowed on beaches with lifeguards before 9 AM and after 5 PM. During the winter and on beaches where no lifeguards are present dogs on a leash are allowed all day. Dogs are welcome on most ferries and on shuttle buses to and from the beach.
