This natural spot and trail is the Old Lyme Conservation Trust's second largest protected area. The trail has hills, rocks, and exposed roots making for a moderate to challenging hike. You'll have to cross the stream at several points. Park at the commuter parking area and walk to the trail entrance across from the transfer station. Or park at a small, dirt area off the road closer to the trail head.
Preserve rules state that dogs must be under your control at all times. Be aware there are unleashed dogs on this trail.
