Nickerson State Park, an impressive 1900 acres in size, is home to over 300 “kettle ponds”. These unique bodies of water were formed 10,000 years ago as glaciers retreated from the Cape. Bike paths, hiking trails, fishing ponds, and more create several recreational opportunities for visitors to enjoy. Leashed dogs are welcome.
