The Daughters of the American Revolution State Forest is situated on over 1,700 acres and includes 15 miles of mixed-use trails, Upper and Lower Highland Lakes, picnic areas, and the Goshen fire tower where visitors can experience incredible views of the scenic Connecticut River Valley. Boating, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and horseback riding (don’t forget to bring your horse!) are just a few of the activities to enjoy at the DAR State Forest.
