Wompatuck State Park, just a 35 minute commute from downtown Boston, encompasses 3,500 acres and has several miles of trails for biking, hiking, horseback riding, and cross country skiing. Be sure to visit Mount Blue Spring during your visit. Leashed dogs are welcome. Animals are not permitted to swim in the reservoir.
