The Maples Rest Area is the only rest area between Sisters, Oregon and Salem. It is a well- maintained rest stop with large grass lawns and a pet exercise area. There is plenty of parking for every type of vehicle including RVs. There are picnic tables with easy access and egress to Highway 22, the main route through the Cascade Mountains.
