Featuring a private hot tub, pet-friendly attitude, a game room, fabulous ocean views, and plenty of luxurious touches, this Lincoln City vacation rental is sure to impress! And, with two kitchens and two separate living rooms, as well as space for up to 10 guests, you can bring the whole family!

Located on the very north end of town, in a quiet residential area, this home is up on a hill just one block away from the beach. To get to the shore, simply walk west then follow one of the makeshift trails to the beach, though you could also walk (or take a very short drive) to the Roads End State Park, which has a parking lot and a more gently sloped path to the sand. This home has space for three cars in the driveway - please be aware Lincoln City does not allow on-street parking.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread out over three levels, this home has a spacious interior that can accommodate a large group! There are also plenty of outdoor places (including expansive decks and a lovely courtyard) to relax and gaze at the nearby ocean. If you walk in through the front door, you will find yourself on the main, middle level of this home. Have a seat on one of the sofas in the sitting room, start a fire in the gas fireplace, and gaze out of the large windows at the sparkling blue sea. This is a perfect space to relax and watch the sun set while snuggled up with a blanket and a mug of tea.

Just past the sitting room is a gorgeous library nook, complete with a selection of books, comfortable window seats, and enormous windows that allow more spectacular views of the sea. This level also has a full kitchen and a dining room table where you can sit together and enjoy a home-cooked meal while looking out at the ocean.

If you're traveling with two families or two separate groups, you will be delighted to find that this home has a second living area and kitchen downstairs! With even more sofas arranged around a flatscreen TV, this would be a great place for youngsters to watch movies while the adults chat upstairs. This bottom floor even has another full kitchen and a wetbar, so nobody will have to walk upstairs to grab a snack. And the second oven and fridge will come in handy during festive meals on Thanksgiving and Christmas!

This home is brimming with entertainment options. Throughout the house you will have WiFi access, and during your stay you will also enjoy cable TV, DVD/VHS players with a selection of classic VHS movies, board games, books, and much more. Step into the garage to discover that it has been converted into a fun game room, complete with a pool table, Ping-Pong, and foosball table, as well as plenty of space for children to run around and play.

When it's time to rest up for another day of exploring Lincoln City, you will have your choice of three bedrooms. The master room, which takes up the entire top floor of this home, is a particularly luxurious space. There is a large bed where you will sleep soundly, plus a sitting area in front of a lovely bay window that offers breathtaking views of the ocean. You could use the telescope to watch for any migrating whales, watch a show on the flatscreen TV, or start a fire in the double-sided fireplace to keep this room extra cozy. An attached bathroom has a spacious shower as well as a gorgeous deep soaking tub facing the double-sided fireplace for ultimate relaxation.

The second bedroom has a soft and cozy queen-size bed and a door that leads to the side courtyard area. The final bedroom also has a comfortable queen-size bed, along with a charming area where you can sit and play chess, and a TV with a Blu-ray player. Together with these three bedrooms and three plush fold-out sofabeds, this home can accommodate up to 10 guests, though eight may be a more comfortable number. You're even welcome to bring along up to two dogs with you, though please be aware that an additional pet fee will apply.

While you're here you will have access to a laundry room, which will certainly come in handy after a few days of walking on the beach! This home has plenty of covered and uncovered outdoor areas where you can relax. A gorgeous courtyard area has a serene feeling and a fountain. The tiered, ocean-facing decks are extremely spacious, so everyone can find their own space to watch the sunset. There's a nice covered area with a table on the deck where you can sit with a glass of wine and a book while enjoying the scenery.

This home even has a firepit where you can roast marshmallows for a sweet ending to a day of walking on the beach. Best of all, there is a private hot tub, enclosed in a sunroom overlooking the ocean. You will love to sit and relax in this hot tub and let the warm waters soothe any tired muscles and melt away your troubles.

With such a spectacular house, you may be tempted to stay inside for your whole visit! When you're ready to explore the area a bit, start with a walk downhill to the ocean, which is only a little more than a block away. You can walk north almost a mile along the beach until you reach the rocky Roads End Point, or you can walk south on the sand for miles. When you decide to explore the town, start at the north end, which has the wonderful Chinook Winds Casino, Chinook Winds Golf Resort, several restaurants, and grocery stores.

Elsewhere around Lincoln City are a huge variety of attractions, so everyone will find something to love! Go shopping at the candy and souvenir shops, play a game of family-friendly mini golf at the Putt N Bat, check out the outlet mall, take a glass-blowing class, or buy a kite and take advantage of the perpetually breezy coastline. In town you will find all sorts of restaurants, so whether you feel like some fish and chips at J's, pizza at Gallucci's, lunch at The Blackfish Cafe, or a baked good at Captain Dan's Pirate Pastry, you will have plenty of options.

If you like to be active, try renting a kayak and paddling around Devils Lake, though you could also try clamming in the Siletz Bay, crabbing, fishing, or hiking around the many trails nearby. You could even drive north about 20 miles to Pacific City, or head south just 15 miles to the charming Depoe Bay, known as the whale-watching capital of the coast. If you keep driving south you will soon reach Newport, which has a wonderful aquarium, antique shops, and much more to keep you busy.

After you've explored the town, return to this fantastic and luxurious Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental and relax in the hot tub, enjoy the ocean views from the huge decks, play in the game room, and rest up for another day of fun!
