Five hundred feet above the road are several sculptures carved in the rocks, tributes to the life of Zadock Pratt. The climb up is quite steep, but the path is clear and ascends in a series of gently graded inclines. Stonecutters hacked chairs and benches along the way, and picnicking is permitted, so take your time and enjoy the spectacular view of the valley. Well behaved, leashed pets are welcome throughout the park.
