Remy’s Dog Park, located at Red Mountain Park, is Alabama’s largest off-leash destination for canine companions. Six beautiful acres feature three spacious, fenced areas for Large Dogs, Small Dogs and Special Needs Dogs (shy, elderly, injured, recovering). Made possible through the generosity of local philanthropist Ken Jackson, Remy’s Dog Park amenities include doggie water stations, pet waste stations and comfortable bench seating in both shaded and sunny settings. Remy’s Dog Park is open during Park Operating Hours: 7 days/week, 7am-7pm (spring, summer) and 7am-5pm (fall, winter); closed on Wednesdays until 10am for maintenance.
