Meaher’s campground has 56 campsites with 20-, 30- and 50-amp electrical connections, water and sewer service. The campground also features a bathhouse with laundry facilities. And two cabins permit pets for a nightly fee.

Policy Details

The pet fee applies to the pet friendly cabins. There is no nightly pet fee for campsites. Pets on a leash up to six feet long are welcome in Alabama state parks. Proof of vaccination is required and pets are not allowed on beaches or at swimming pools. Any dog that is intimidating, destructive, dangerous, or noisy will not be allowed to remain in the park.
