Policy Details
All pets are required to be up to date on vaccinations and have had a fecal exam and Bordetella(dogs only) in the last 6 months. If your pet is not up to date, or you are not able to provide proof of such vaccinations, then you give permission for the hospital to administer these vaccines at your expense. All pets must be free of fleas and ticks or they will be treated at your expense.
