Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beaches.

Directions:
From the 101 take the State Beaches exit and turn North on Harbor Blvd. Drive until you reach Figueroa Street. Turn left and then right. There will be a free parking lot at Surfer's Point and a paid lot for Seaside Park. There isn't any on-street parking.
