The oldest passenger foot-ferry in Washington State, the M.V. Plover Ferry runs between Blaine Harbor and the Semiahmoo Resort. Be on the lookout for harbor seals, a sunken tugboat, blue herons, bald eagles, osprey eagles, and more! Leashed dogs, regardless of size, are welcome on board. Please remember to clean up after your pet.
