Sophisticated and modern, this dog-friendly Belltown vacation rental offers the perfect home base from which to strike out and see Seattle. With an unbeatable location and access to great shared amenities, you'll never want to leave!
This wonderful condo is in the ArtHouse community in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. Only a block from the waterfront, the area is among the trendiest in the city, with Pike Place Market a short three blocks away. Business travelers will appreciate the proximity to the Washington State Convention Center, one mile away if you're walking.
With trim lines, hardwood flooring, and enormous windows, this space has an upscale feel. Get comfortable on the sofa and pop in a rented DVD or flip through cable, or log onto the WiFi and look up the best local restaurants.
If you don't feel like going out to eat, take advantage of the full kitchen to whip something up. With extras like a coffee maker, French press, and blender, you can enjoy your favorite morning pick-me-up before heading out, and with a mixer and dishwasher you can cut down on cooking and cleanup times.
Between a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room, there's room for four to stay. For a small nightly fee, that can even include a canine friend of up to 75 pounds. With a washer/dryer and an ironing board, there's no need to overpack to ensure a supply of fresh clothing.
The ArtHouse amenities take this rental from merely comfortable to luxurious. The rooftop has a shared grill and attractive terraces where you can relax by a fire while taking in the lovely views of Puget Sound and the nearby mountains. A sky lounge on the eighth floor has an enormous TV and a gaming system. If you're looking for a space to get work done, an on-site conference space is available for your use.
Belltown is full of things to do, with theaters, restaurants, and shopping aplenty. Visit the Space Needle, under a mile away, or check out the events at the Seattle Center. Stroll through the Olympic Sculpture park, then have a picnic on the grass. Spend an afternoon at Pike Place Market for shopping, fantastic food, and the famous fish-tossing.
If you want to go a bit farther afield, Seattle has plenty to offer. Head to Cafe Allegro to sample some of Seattle's renowned coffee, take a stroll through the Seattle Arboretum, or get ice cream at Molly Moon's, a local chain.
Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, you'll love staying in this Seattle vacation rental!
Note: While Seattle is a fairly temperate climate, please be aware that this vacation rental does not offer air conditioning. Fans are available if needed.
